• How many Prune Goldschmidt collections are there per year?

Maison prune goldschmidt offers two collections per year. A spring-summer collection (presented during October Fashion Week) and an autumn-winter collection (presented in March).

  • How are Prune goldschmidt clothes made?

Prune Goldschmidt pieces are developed in France.
They are then sent to our French manufacturers for manufacturing.

  • How do I choose my size?

Our size guide is available for each item. We advise you to take your usual size. If you are unsure between two sizes, take the larger size.
JOSÉPHINE blazer/suit jacket: oversized model, select one size smaller than your usual size for a closer-fitting effect.

  • Can I order without a customer account?

Yes, it is entirely possible to order without a customer account.
However, we advise you to create a customer account to have access to your purchase history.

  • What are the payment terms?

For pre-order: full payment of the order is necessary to start production of your part(s). Payment by Paypal or credit card.
Order: full payment to validate the order.
  • How to track my order ?

Delivery is provided by UPS. You will receive a notification when it is sent.
You will be able to track your order using the tracking number.
  • Can I cancel or modify my order?

For any modification or cancellation, our customer service is at your disposal.
  • How is my order received?

Your order will be delivered to the address of your choice (worldwide except the following territories: Brazil, North Korea, India, Iraq, Iran, Lebanon, Russia, Syria) by UPS.
Possibility of picking up your order by appointment in our workshop in Bordeaux. Make an appointment by telephone or via the contact form .
  • What should I do if the model doesn't fit me?
You have the option of returning an item free of charge that does not give you complete satisfaction, provided it has not been worn (see general conditions of sale ). Contact customer service for details of the terms and conditions.
  • Is there a retouching service?
